We kindly request any changes to appointments be made ahead of schedule. We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer your changed appointment to someone else on our waitlist.
Please note, appointments cancelled on the day of appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment price. Our 'No Show' policy is that failure to arrive at a scheduled appointment with no prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
